N Series Injection Molding Machine

Ningbo Sanshun Machinery and Technology Co., Ltd. has introduced a new injection molding machine called the N Series. This machine was created to produce highly accurate plastics at fast speeds using today's latest technology. It uses a reinforced T-slot locking unit and double toggle five-joint clamping system to provide maximum rigidity, high-speed performance, and consistent mold tracking. To reduce the need for maintenance and improve longevity, the toggle system of the N Series utilizes self-lubricating graphite bushings. They allow for smooth operation, low noise and vibration, and excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The N Series Injection Molding Machine is highly customizable based on individual production needs. Fast Multi-stage Injection: The N Series has a double-cylinder injection system that allows stable control of injection speed and pressure over several stages during the process. This allows for superior plasticization, the highest molding efficiency, and the highest consistency of product quality possible. The use of Linear Guide Support (LGS) Technology increases the rigidity of the injection unit and decreases any unnecessary friction associated with using guide rods. The ability to also move rapidly back and forth, along with the closed-loop control of the injection's pressure, enables repeatable and accurate results when producing an injection-molded part.
